When I am at an extreme, and no...Vent! Nico! Me? <br /><br />When I am at an extreme, and no body is nearby, (about once a year, I guess) I scream. Literally scream. I used to feel ashamed of the need to let it go like that, but I realised there was something very therapeutic for me in 'venting' like this. <br /><br />George Gurdieff had some good advice about anger management and I think it would be worth googling him. With certain people I...How do you vent your anger? With certain people I cannot hold mine back...I react. I hate when I do that...I have been trying to think: Observe and to not react.<br />Anyway, I do agree with you about not going public with cetain things. I suppose that is why I use pseudonym.
